Our standard interior design services include color consultation, furniture selection, space planning, custom draperies, upholstery services, custom blinds and shades, lighting solutions, as well as wallpaper selection and installation. We also provide optional services, including holiday design, mood boards, and extended color consultations in order to further your living space. Please don't hesitate to contact us to schedule your free 30 minute in-home consultation, as we can work within any budget to bring your vision to life. Pricing begins at $75 per hour.

Real Estate Staging

Professional home staging helps buyers emotionally connect with a space which leads to faster, more profitable sales. We declutter, rearrange and style your home to highlight its best features and create a sense of flow and warmth.

Staging Options:

Verbal Walkthrough- We walk through your home together while I provide real-time recommendations. You take notes and implement these changes yourself at your own pace. Pricing starts at $150
Written Staging Report- I conduct a full walk-through (inside and out), take notes and provide a detailed written report outlining recommended updates. We can review the report in person or by phone call. Starts at $250
Full Service Staging- Includes everything from consultation to implementation. I handle all staging setup, coordinate necessary outside services (painting, small repairs, etc) and ensure your home is market ready. Pricing for this service is available by quote.
